If a picture is like a thousand words, here's our novel
A Marine reservist was injured by a mortar blast in Iraq on October 7th. While he was recovering, his wife gave birth to quintuplets at only 26 weeks. Wiseman-Hughes Enterprises was approached by the Illinois Lt. Governor's office to help award the Horton Family for their bravery.

"I spoke with my partners and we all eagerly agreed to donate this home," said Jim Hughes, Jr., executive vice president of the Wheaton-based homebuilder. "At the end of the day, it was just the right thing to do for a family who has served our country so willingly and bravely."

A&E filmed the events leading up to the turnover of the new home for a special holiday program "At Home with the Brave," which aired Dec. 17, 2004.
